Cancellation Policy

Vape Related Pty Ltd, withholds the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the Terms of Service. Cancellation may be immediate or within a 24hour time period. You will be notified by Vape Related Pty Ltd to explain the reasons behind the cancellation.

At times, due to human error, stock may be showing on the website that may not currently be in stock. This is not a common occurrence and something Vape Related Pty Ltd exhausts all avenues to prevent. However, if this situation does occur, you will be contacted by a Vape Related Pty Ltd staff member. Solution will normally go as follows;
